  1. “Pukllaspa rimasun” Program to improve the oral language of Quechua speakers of 4 and 5 years

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the “Pukllaspa rimasun” program in improving oral language in the Quechua speaking students of 4 and 5 years of the IEI No. 785 of Ubiato of the Kimbiri district, La Convencion, Cusco, 2018 The type of research consists of a quantitative approach and the design is pre-experimental. The population was made up of 10 students, and the sample was for convenience; considering the total number of children enrolled in the ages of 4 and 5 years required in this research. In order to determine if the scores on the variables and dimensions approximated a normal distribution, the Shapiro-Wilk test was used, because the sample was less than 50. For the statistical analysis process the Statistical Package of program was used Social Science (SPSS) version 24.0. The results obtained through Student's T statistic and Wilcoxon's non-parametric test showed that there were significant differences before and after the application of the program. Because the statistical result of the pre-test results that 60% of the students were in the level needs improvement, 30% in the normal level and 10% in the delay level, this had a variation after the application of the program, because in the post test
60% of the students reached the normal level and 40% need to improve, with a level of significance p = 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it is concluded that the “Pukllaspa rimasun” program was effective in improving oral language in students who participated in the research.

  2. Educational styles and emotional intelligence in teachers of Christian Schools in the city of Juliaca

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between educational styles and emotional intelligence in teachers of Christian educational institutions in the city of Juliaca. The methodology involves the study of correlational type, non-experimental design and cross-sectional; the population being 150 teachers, with a sample of 100. For the measurement of the variables two measuring instruments were used: one on Profile of educational styles and the Inventory of emotional intelligence. The results indicate a direct and significant correlation between educational styles and emotional intelligence at a
moderate level (Rho: 0.492) that is statistically significant (p = 0.006). Between the overprotective educational style and emotional intelligence, a negat ive correlation of low magnitude was found (Rho = -0.242) which in turn is statistically significant (p = 0.015). Between the punitive educational style and emotional intelligence, an indirect correlation of low level is observed (Rho = -0.334 which is statistically significant (p = 0.001). Between the inhibitionist educational style and emotional intelligence, a very high degree of association was found low and indirect (Rho = -0.102), however, this is not statistically significant (p = 0.314) In conclusion, it was found that there is a positive correlation between educational styles and emotional intelligence in teachers of Christian educational institutions. a relationship of moderately developed and statistically significant was evidenced, which implies that, as there is a higher prevalence of some of the variables such as educational styles and emotional intelligence, this presents the tendency to generate favorable attitudes when assuming the responsibility of teachers and have clear strategies for a good methodology with the student.

  3. Application of the “Playing with problems” program and its effectiveness in solving additive problems in 6th grade students

The objective of this paper was to demonstrate the effectiveness of the “Playing with problems” program in solving additive problems in 6th grade students of the “Fernando Stahl” Seventh-day Adventist School in the city of Moquegua, in 2017. This investigation was performed considering two variables: Resolution of additive problems (dependent variable) of type comparison and equalization, with its dimensions: understand the problem, devise a plan, execute the plan and retrospective review; and “Playing with problems” program (independent variable). This research work is experimental in type, pre-experimental design and the sample consisted of 24 students, 14 men and 10 women. The instruments used to collect and evaluate the data were a written exam and an observation guide. It is concluded that the “Playing with problems” program was effective, showing significant improvements in the resolution of additive problems. Before the application of the program in the evaluation of the pre-test, 87.5% of the students were at the beginning level, 12.5% at the process level and 0% at the achievement level. This result changed significantly after the execution of the program, because in the post-test evaluation 4.2% of the students are at the start level, 37.5% at the process level and 58.3% reached the level of achievement.

  4. Organizational skills and work performance in the leaders of the christian Church in Brazil

This paper is based on the premise that in the environment of relationships of organizations has become highly competitive in recent years, based on the existence of large identities that generate a defining empowerment in their contexts, where it is necessary to consider that the structural basis of companies are in their human talent as a production axis, where depending on the competences of each one and their work performance are closely linked to the context of their development, in terms of self-realization, comfort or improvement. This is applicable to the institutional context of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (IASD, in Spanish), characterized by promoting principles of the Christian Protestant culture, emerging in the year 1863, from which it has expanded with members and partners worldwide, which has allowed it to constitute a solid identity regarding its processes with more than fourteen decades in progress. Therefore, this research work arose with the objective of analyzing the relationship between the variables of organizational competence and work performance in the leaders of the IASD in the city of Campinas, a sample total of 71 pastors, who are applied a survey proposed by 13 dimensions, based on the variables of action of any organization and its impact on their actual results. It should be noted that an adequate value was found between the organizational competences and the labor performance of the employees, the latter being dependent on the first variable, which directly influences the realities of each well-established company or institution globally.

  5. Personality traits and risky sexual behavior in adolescents

The aim of this research is to determine if there is a significant relationship between the
variables of personality traits and sexual risk behavior in students from 3rd to 5th grade
of the secondary level of two educational institutions of San Juan de Lurigancho. The
study is a non-experimental design, quantitative approach, correlational scope and crosssectional.
The scales used to measure the variables were: the Big Five personality
questionnaire, prepared by Caprara, Barbaranelli and Borgogni (1993), which contains
five dimensions: energy, determination, affability, emotional stability and mental openness; The risk sexual behavior questionnaire of Apaza, Estelo and Quiroz (2017) was
also used. The sample consisted of 300 students of both sexes between the ages of 14 and
18, belonging to two educational institutions in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. It
was found that there is a significant relationship between the "tenacious" dimension with
two risky sexual behaviors: sexual relations with unknown persons (X2 = 4,774; p = .029)
and sexual relations at parties with friends (X2 = 6,563; p = .038 ); on the other hand, the
“emotional stability” dimension is related to the use of condoms in the last sexual
relationship (X2 = 7.491; p = .024). This paper concludes by stating that not all
personality traits are related to risky sexual behaviors, since different factors are involved
so that various behaviors are present in the adolescent.
